Nia Archives/Up Your Archives x Rendezvous Projects present back2back at V&A East
On Saturday 16 May 2026, Rendezvous Projects will collaborate with Nia Archives and Up Ya Archives for a major one-day takeover across V&A East Storehouse and V&A East Museum as part of V&A East’s annual back2back programme.
Bringing together DJ sets, talks, workshops, screenings, installations and archival material, the programme explores the past, present and future of jungle through the lens of East London’s communities, infrastructures and cultural networks.
The event features contributions from Nia Archives, DJ Flight, Bizzy B, DJ Warlock, Julia Toppin, Naz from Newham, Deja Vu FM, Felt Sound System and many more, alongside workshops, immersive installations and rare film screenings including HYPER: The Stevie Hyper D Story and Amen Brother: King of the Beats.
Developed collaboratively between Up Ya Archives and Rendezvous Projects, the programme approaches archive as something living and collective — bringing together different voices, experiences and materials connected to jungle and East London music culture.
All events are free and open to everyone. No booking required.
