Thanks so much to Adrian H and Worldwide FM for dedicating a show to the Sweet Harmony exhibition and project. Sweet Harmony has been a three-year research project about the history of pirate radio and rave culture in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Previously undocumented, it now includes over 30 oral history recordings from Waltham Forest originals, a publication and an exhibition currently free and at Vestry House Museum until 2 October 2022.

Adrian H is an integral part of the exhibition, having grown up in the area, DJ’ing at parties on Cathall Estate, Leytonstone, and later a resident at The Dungeons and Labrynth.

On this 2 hour show on Worldwide FM, he uses some of the oral history extracts and mixes it up with reggae, soul, hip hop, house and drum and bass, journeying through some of his personal memories and bringing the exhibition and project to life.
