Were you part of Newham’s music scene over the past 60 years? From youth clubs and dances to pubs, clubs and house parties, we’re gathering memories for Sound Waves: Music in Newham.

Join us at the Hibiscus Community Centre on Thursday 11 September (1:30–3:30pm) for an afternoon of music, stories and refreshments. Bring along photos, flyers, or keepsakes, and share your memories to help us build the project archive. We’ll also share what we’ve discovered so far about Newham’s rich music history.

This event is part of Newham Heritage Month.
